Action on Mental Illness – AMI-Quebec’s upcoming workshops and information sessions

AMI-Quebec provides a number of free English-language workshops and information sessions for people needing support regarding mental illness. Although based in Montreal, AMI-Quebec offers tele-workshops and webinars so that people across the province can get the information and support they need.

Depression is a debilitating illness that can be life-threatening. Dr. Mark Ellenbogen, psychologist, will talk about what depression really is and what treatments are available.
