What’s for Dinner? – A message from Health Canada

Don’t know what to cook? You are not alone. Actually, more than 1.2 million Canadians conduct online searches for healthy recipes each month.

If you are one of them, a brand new Health Canada’s resource called Eat Well initiative’s recipes may help you.

Speedy flatbread pizza, turkey chili or energy-boosting muffins are some examples of these child-friendly meals that can be cooked with your family!

Each recipe, mostly prepared in less than 15 minutes, also includes tips to help you make healthy food choices.

Twelve recipes including vegetarian, fish and meat options will be released each season so stay connected!
