You are invited to take up the 5/30 Health and Wellness Challenge from March 1 to April 11, 2014.
On your own, with your family or as team, participants aim to achieve the following three goals for six weeks (and perhaps form healthy living habits that will continue after the challenge is over):
- The 5 Goal: Eat at least 5 servings of fruit and vegetables a day for a minimum of 5 days a week
- The 30 Goal: Do at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day for a minimum of 5 days a week
- The Wellness Goal: Sleep better for increased wellness in life
