Action on Mental Illness – AMI-Quebec’s upcoming workshops and information sessions

AMI-Quebec provides a number of free English-language workshops and information sessions for people needing support regarding mental illness. Although based in Montreal, AMI-Quebec offers tele-workshops and webinars so that people across the province can get the information and support they need.

Do you or a loved one have an unhealthy obsession with your weight ? When does the obsession start to affect your over all health? Dr. Mimi Israel, psychiatrist, will discuss eating disorders such as anorexia and bulimia nervosa and describe when it’s time to get help.
