IN AND AROUND the Centre des loisirs at
10, de l’Église, in Métis-sur-Mer
Discover treasures at bargain prices at the Métis-sur-Mer Community Garage Sale, organized by Heritage Lower Saint Lawrence. The organization will be selling more than 1,500 books, as well as household items to raise money for the Heritage Cultural Resource Centre and Métis-sur-Mer bilingual Public Library.
Café sur mer will also have lots of stunning new and used items for sale, and many community members will be selling a variety of objects including everything from exercise equipment to decorations, from children’s games to kitchen accessories.
The sale will be on all day, come rain or shine (inside the Centre des loisirs if the weather is poor) so come along and pick up a bargain!
Heritage LSL is still looking for:
- People to rent tables to sell their own items for the day (20$/table)
- Donations of items to sell, particularly books and DVDs in good condition (we will pick up!)
- Volunteers to help out Saturday for the sale and on Friday to set up
