(formerly CHEP) info-session entitled \u00ab\u00a0Who to call for help: Info-Sant\u00e9, Info-Social &amp; other essential hotlines\u00a0\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ABOUT&nbsp;OUR&nbsp;PRESENTER&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jennifer Hobbs-Robert,\u00a0<\/strong>M.Sc.A, BCN, CNEd, Senior Advisor for JH Partners in Quebec City, Jennifer has extensive nursing experience in Geriatrics, Community Health, and Emergency Care. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ABOUT SHARP PRESENTATIONS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S.H.A.R.P. stands for <em>Services for Healthy Aging in the Right Place<\/em>, and one of these services are information sessions which are offered though community organizations (via Zoom videoconferencing).
