Annett on January 10, 2020.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Evelyn was born in Montreal. She spent her summers in Grand-Metis where her parents worked for Mr. &amp; Mrs. R. Reford.\u00a0 Evelyn met Adair Annett in Grand-Metis. They married and had two children.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Evelyn lived a full life, was well-respected and will be remembered for her extraordinary connection to the communities of Grand-Metis and Metis-sur-Mer, especially for her 50 plus years of active volunteerism and her leadership in the various groups in which she was involved.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Evelyn touched the lives of so many people with her dynamic energy and enthusiasm. She was unselfish, honest and most of all warm-hearted and will be deeply missed by all who came in contact with her. Evelyn was one a kind and she will be sorely missed by all.<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/heritagelsl.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Evelyn-B.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The communities of Grand-Metis and Metis-sur-Mer said farewell to Evelyn B.
