Two members of our community, Diane Dubois and Natalie Brochu, graciously insisted on donating their time to make these masks. When the Government of Quebec approved the use of masks April 7, 2020 and we received the okay from the necessary local organizations, we were ready to go!

The masks will be sold for a recommended cost of $5 each. This price, much lower than handmade cloth masks available on the Internet, allows us to recover the cost of the materials and to donate to another local initiative under the CLD, Frigo Virtuel, which is providing food to those who need it.

The masks can be ordered by contacting Diane Dubois at dianedbs28@gmail.com or 418-936-3158 or by calling Heritage at 418-936-3239.

IMPORTANT: THE MASKS DO NOT REPLACE HAND WASHING, PHYSICAL DISTANCING AND STAYING AT HOME TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID-19

There is a bilingual instruction sheet given out with each mask on how to put it on and take it off and how to clean it.

Stay safe.

Sandi de la Ronde HLSL Board member

<img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-2380 size-large" src="https://heritagelsl.ca/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/mask-factoryeng.png" alt=" width="724" height="1024" />

[1

post-15614","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-general

Non-medical face masks for our community are here!
