Join us for this health\u00a0 education session to increase awareness and understanding about eye health and the\u00a0 various diseases affecting seniors\u2019 vision.\u00a0\u00a0 &nbsp; <b>Find Out\u00a0<\/b> This interactive session will explore:\u00a0 <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>An introduction to the eye\u00a0<\/li><li>Common eye diseases (cataracts, glaucoma,\u00a0 macular degeneration)<\/li><li>Current prevention and treatments\u00a0<\/li><\/ul> &nbsp; <b>Your Presenter\u00a0<\/b><b>Dr. Antonio Canuto, OD, Optometrist, <\/b>a University of Montreal graduate, has been\u00a0 practicing pediatric and geriatric low vision optometry at the Lethbridge-Layton Mackay Rehabilitation Centre since 1996. He also lectures on low vision rehabilitation\u00a0 to McGill University residents in ophthalmology. He has worked as a clinical teacher in\u00a0 primary care optometry clinical skills at the University of Montreal School of Optometry\u00a0 Clinic.
