Our primary aim is to facilitate access to English information about physical and mental health as well as social services available in the Lower St. Lawrence region, also throughout Quebec and Canada. Information and individual meetings by appointment are available in both Metis and Rimouski resource centres.
You will find up to date and reliable information from a number of public and community organizations brought together for your convenience. We are providing information for everyone; whether you are an adult, senior, youth, family, or caregiver, we hope you will find this section to be invaluable.
