The Metis lighthouse is a treasure that ties the community to its deep maritime roots. It is the inspiration for many of the productions of Heritage Lower Saint Lawrence. Among these productions are a book The Metis Lighthouse, published by Alexander Reford and Paul Gendron, as well as the creation of the Metis Lighthouse Website www.metislighthouse.ca.
