A Place Where All Are Welcome
Established in 2012, our bilingual library, in collaboration with the Ville de Métis-sur-Mer, is dedicated to serving members in both the French and English-speaking communities. In 2018, we expanded our services by opening a branch in Rimouski, offering English books and a vibrant reading space for our community. You can find a variety of titles in fiction and nonfiction. We stock recent books for all ages, along with some classics.
We are a part of the Réseau BIBLIO du Bas-Saint-Laurent, a network of over 95 public libraries across the Lower St. Lawrence region. Our library benefits from funding and support, allowing us to circulate English-language books throughout the Lower Saint Lawrence region.
