Calling all busy parents and caretakers! We will be hosting a kids’ clothing swap on Nov 29, from 10:30-15:00, at our Rimouski Resource Centre. We are also hosting a storytelling event followed by an arts and crafts session (10:00-11:30), which will give swappers some free time to browse the clothes on offer!
Come refresh your child’s wardrobe, and meet other like-minded parents and caregivers!
We hope this event inspires you and helps build community. Here are a few things to keep in mind so that the clothing swap is a success:
- Please bring kids’ clothes and shoes that are not in use anymore, but be mindful that they are clean and not damaged.
- Clothes and shoes for all ages of children and teens are welcome.
- Please bring your own bags. And, if you have extra bags, don’t hesitate to bring them, too!
- Since we are not stocking any clothes, you will need to leave with your old items, if they’re not swapped by the end of the event.
