“Coming From, Coming To: A Walk Into Perspective” is a three-hour outdoor creative writing workshop designed for adults and seniors, held on foot through the village and shoreline of Kamouraska. Participants walk, pause, observe, identify what they feel, and write in short bursts at a series of stops instinctively chosen for their perspective of the St. Lawrence River, of places where land meets water, past meets present, present meets future, and where the personal meets the shared.

The workshop uses walking itself as a compositional method: each stretch of path becomes a prompt, each pause a stanza.

All are welcome: participants are invited to write in whichever language perspective arrives.

The walking part of the workshop is about 1.5km, along flat terrain. The second part of the workshop will take place in the Centre d’art de Kamouraska.
