We invite you to attend an online SHARP presentation called Supporting Older Adults and Caregivers in Navigating the Quebec Health System. Steve Guimond, Patient Navigator, CHSSN, will be tracing the history of the program in Quebec and how it’s expanded to a new program offered throughout the province.
