Come and spend an afternoon learning how to create a simple zine to fill with whatever words, story, images you want! Poet Rachel McCrum will be onsite with all the necessary materials to help you create an 8 page pamphlet for you to bring home.
The workshop is suitable for adults of all ages, and children above 8 years: there is some scissor use. All materials will be provided. Please bring your own water bottles. The workshop will be facilitated in English and in French.

And later, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. the workshop will be followed by an outdoor poetry event titled “Une forêt de poèmes” (A Forest of Poems) with Myriam de Gaspé, Marie-Claude Joannis, Anthony Lacroix, and Marianne V, and an open mic.
There will be music from 5 to 7 pm. All events of the day are part of Les journées de la culture (Culture Days).
