We’re happy to announce that starting June 24, Atelier culinaire Pierre-Olivier Ferry will take up residence at Espace Métis (the HLSL Hub, formerly Café sur Mer) with the opening of the Café at Espace Métis (160 rue Principale, Métis-sur-Mer).
The café counter will offer coffee, a beautiful selection of teas, matcha, pastries, and a seasonal menu available to enjoy on site or take away: fresh salads featuring vegetables from Ferme Ravito, cold Roman-style pizzas, and other summer creations prepared at the atelier. We are also very happy to announce the return of our artisanal gelatos and sorbets inspired by the flavours of our landscape.
Alongside Anne-Marie from Espace Métis, Pascale and his partner Mélanie will be delighted to welcome you all summer long to this vibrant and delicious new gathering space in the heart of Métis-sur-Mer.
