Celebrate this festive season by making your own magic lanterns using simple and easily available materials and techniques with our facilitator Anja Kreysch. Anja is originally from Germany, and she would like to bring this Nordic tradition of lantern-making and lantern parade to Quebec! Come make your own handmade lanterns in our workshops at the Marché de Noël de Rimouski, or at home in our online workshop.

On Saturday, December 18, come spend a magical moment in a lantern parade and sing holiday songs together with the teachers and students of the Conservatoire de Musique de Rimouski at Parc Lepage. Come participate with your lanterns at 6:30 pm! As a safety measure, the lanterns will have to be battery operated and not candles. Sanitary measures will also be respected( Vaccination passport applies and wearing a face mask is recommended).
