FLAVours of the places we call home
HLSL is proud to announce the launch of its Flavours of the Places We Call Home project, which is a multimedia celebration of food and its many ways of connecting us, across cultures, time, and physical spaces. We’ve produced video interviews of 11 community members across our vast region who speak of food and recipes that they carry with them, whether they be originally from our region, or have arrived here more recently from elsewhere.
