Many in Metis came together to create a permanent monument to those who give their time and risk their lives to protect their community and country. So that people with ties to Metis from anywhere in the world and across the country can visit the monument and to ensure the efforts and contributions of many from the area are known, this is monument’s accompanying virtual memorial.
