Whether you are a senior looking to learn how to access E-books in this time of social distancing or you are a young person looking to give back by becoming a Volunteer Tech Mentor.  We thought it would be a good idea to share their tech-training webinars just in case anyone in our community would be interested. The “grandparents Scam” has been around for a long time and has many variations. This webinar will help you identify the grandparents’ scam and discuss what you need to do if you encounter this type of cybersecurity scam.

Chair Yoga with Isabelle: Thursday, May 21, 12:00 pm Eastern Time

We invite you to join us Thursday for Chair Yoga, in order to get out of our heads and into our bodies! This will be a beginner chair yoga class with a focus on the basics, so all are able to participate. You will need a sturdy chair with no arms (not a couch).

The session will be led by Isabelle Gargagliano, a healer and yoga instructor serving in the Canadian Niagara Region.
