Chair Yoga with Isabelle: Thursday, May 21, 12:00 pm Eastern Time We invite you to join us Thursday for Chair Yoga, in order to get out of our heads and into our bodies! This will be a beginner chair yoga class with a focus on the basics, so all are able to participate. You will need a sturdy chair with no arms (not a couch).
